Sieve Frame Forming
High-quality stainless steel plates are stamped and formed into frames in a single process, ensuring excellent dimensional accuracy and mechanical strength. Each frame is finely polished to provide a smooth surface, preventing material residue and making cleaning easier.

Mesh Selection & Preparation
Depending on the required sieving standard, woven stainless steel mesh or electroformed mesh is selected. Every mesh batch undergoes aperture and tension testing to guarantee precise and uniform openings.

Welding & Assembly
The mesh is precisely positioned on the frame and fixed by soldering, ensuring a tight and secure bond between the mesh and the frame.
