    Manufacturing Process of Sintered Filtration Materials

    Bashan is equipped with advanced vacuum sintering furnaces and a complete production line for filtration materials, covering the full range from multi-layer sintered mesh and metal fiber sintered felt to finished filter elements.
     ◆Material Preparation & Layering  
    High-quality stainless steel wire mesh and fiber felt are carefully selected and stacked according to design requirements. A typical five-layer sintered mesh includes protection, filtration, dispersion, and support layers — combining high strength with precise filtration performance.
    ◆Vacuum Sintering Process
    Under a high-temperature vacuum environment, metallic bonding occurs through atomic diffusion, fusing the multiple layers into a single, integral structure. This process ensures excellent mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, while maintaining optimal permeability and filtration accuracy.

    / Post-Processing & Filter Element Fabrication

    The sintered materials are cut, rolled, welded, and assembled into filter cartridges, discs, and elements of various specifications. These products are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, and aerospace industries.
