Metal Wire

Bashan stainless steel wire is produced with premium raw materials from UGITECH, Nippon Steel, and TISCO. The diameter range covers 0.011–5.0 mm, offering excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Applications include metal wire mesh, cut-resistant gloves, textile yarn, electronics, and precision parts. Customized grades, surface finishes, and mechanical properties are available upon request.

Metal Wire Mesh

As a key drafter of China’s national standards for metal wire mesh, Bashan has been deeply engaged in the woven mesh industry for over 70 years, building solid expertise and manufacturing excellence.

With self-developed high-precision weaving equipment and a strict quality control system, we can achieve up to 640 mesh plain weave, positioning us among the leading manufacturers domestically and internationally.

Bashan metal meshes are renowned for stable performance and precise structure, widely used in filtration, sieving, printing, and shielding in demanding industrial fields. 

Bashan has established large-scale precision weaving capabilities, producing over 600,000 m² of fine metal meshes (≥250 mesh) annually. These meshes are widely applied in high-precision filtration and sieving, ensuring both technical excellence and reliable supply capacity.


Thread Insert

Bashan wire thread inserts are precision-formed helical coils made from high-strength, cold-rolled rhombic stainless steel wire. They are designed to create high-accuracy internal threads in both metal and non-metal materials.
Compared with directly tapped threads, Bashan inserts deliver superior precision, wear resistance, and vibration resistance, ensuring reliable and long-lasting threaded connections.
After installation, the final thread accuracy depends on the insert profile and the tapping precision of the installation hole. Standard tolerance grades are 6H, with higher precision up to 5H or 4H; Unified threads are available in grades 2B and3B.

Test Sieve

Stardand Test Sieve refers to a technology that meets the relevant standards for test sieves, requiring strict mesh size regulations, and is used as a tool for particle size analysis in screening methods. Also commonly referred to as standard sieve, sample sieve, experimental sieve, inspection sieve, analytical sieve, particle size sieve, analyzer, etc. Experimental sieve set (sieve group) refers to a group of two or more experimental sieves arranged from top to bottom, with mesh sizes arranged in descending order, along with an upper cover (sieve cover) and a feeding tray (sieve bottom).
The purpose of the experimental sieve is mainly for particle size classification and detection of material particles, and it is also a commonly used tool for small batch material particle classification. Widely used in industries such as abrasives, diamond micro powders, superhard materials, geological exploration, powder metallurgy, ceramic materials, building materials, pharmacopoeia, chemical engineering, etc. for particle screening and testing, precise screening and testing of fine and micro particles, and quality process control and inspection during mass production.

Sintered Filter Media & Filter Element

Bashan focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of high-performance metal filtration materials. Our product portfolio covers three core materials: metal mesh, sintered metal mesh, and sintered metal felt, and extends to a variety of filtration components such as pleated filter cartridges, powder-sintered filter cartridges, and wire-wound metal filter elements.
