Product Overview Φ200 Metal Perforated Plate Test Sieve (Φ200 × 50 mm)
The metal perforated plate test sieve is manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T 6003.2-2012. Its nominal aperture sizes range from 0.5 mm to 25 mm.It complies with international standards ISO 3310-2:2016 series R20/3, R20, and R40/3.The sieve surface is made of red copper and processed using electrochemical machining.
Φ200 Industrial Large Single-Crystal Diamond Particle Size Inspection Sieve
The large single-crystal diamond particle size inspection sieve (round-hole plate sieve) is manufactured in accordance with GB/T 6003.2-2012.
Its nominal aperture sizes and limit deviations comply with the requirements of JB/T 13942-2020 -《Superabrasives: Industrial Large Single-Crystal Diamond Synthesized by Static Pressure Method.》
Before and after use, a soft brush should be used to remove any particles embedded in the sieve holes.
The nominal aperture sizes range from 0.6 mm to 5.6 mm (with 0.2 mm increments).
